·         After the use, place the lens in your palm and pour a little solution over it and rub each side lightly with your fingertip for about 5 seconds.  
·         Pour some solution in the lens case and then place them inside.
·         You should change the lens case at least every three months.
·         Never sleep while wearing the contact lenses.
·         Don’t share your pair with anyone else.
